12-Month Membership Period

By enrolling in the Women’s Business League (WBL) Annual Membership subscription, you are purchasing a 12-month membership that provides access to exclusive networking, events, resources, and community benefits designed to support and empower women in business.

This is a non-refundable, non-cancellable annual commitment. By completing your purchase, either in full or quarterly payments, you agree to fulfill the full 12-month term, regardless of subscription choice, usage or participation.

Your membership will automatically renew each year on your anniversary date unless you cancel in writing by emailing info@womansbusinessleague.com at least 30 days before your renewal date. You authorize Women’s Business League to charge your payment method on file for each renewal term.

Once your payment is processed, your membership benefits begin immediately and will remain active through the full membership term. Early termination does not result in a refund, credit, or proration.

30-Day Refund Policy

At Women’s Business League, we stand behind the value of our membership experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted in writing to info@womesbusinessleague.com within the 30-day window. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

After 30 days, all membership purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable for the remainder of the 12-month term, regardless of subscription choice, participation or usage. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided.

Please Note: Refunds are not available for renewals. If you wish to cancel future renewals, you must notify us at least 30 days before your renewal date.

Communication

By submitting this Application, I agree to receive communications from or relating to the Women’s Business League, LLC (“WBL”), and further agree that WBL may share my information and any other information and material I provide to other WBL members, affiliates, vendors, and third parties to provide me services as a WBL member.

Terms and Declarations

Any dispute arising out of this Application or my membership in WBL shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in Massachusetts and shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Massachusetts Arbitration Act.

I certify that all statements made in this Application are true and correct. I understand any misrepresentations or false statements may be grounds for rejecting my application or may subject me to immediate termination at WBL’s discretion without any reimbursement. I further understand that my membership is conditional upon, and I agree, accept and will abide by all the terms and conditions herein and those contained in the WBL Membership Handbook and guidelines which I have had the opportunity to review upon request. I acknowledge that breach of these terms, conditions, and policies shall be grounds to terminate my membership. I acknowledge that acceptance of my application is at the sole discretion of WBL. I understand and agree that upon acceptance, fees are non-refundable without exception.

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS:

Can I cancel or freeze my membership? Membership in WBL is a 12-month commitment. We deeply believe that great connections and growth are waiting for you on the other side of showing up, leaning-in and being consistent.
Is there a refund policy? If for any reason you decide that our membership isn’t the right fit for you, you have 30 days post-purchase to let us know and get an immediate refund. We want you to feel confident in your investment because that’s when the real changes start to happen!
